Very good communication and thorough . I only had 3 rooms and the carpets were old and pet stained. Couldn’t afford to replace them yet so the 3 room discount Mr Helms gave me was a good deal and I was completely surprised at how good they turned out !! I really wasn’t expecting them to come out that good! The smell is completely gone and other than a couple stubborn spots they should get me by for another couple years!
